Bookness!

I love mail in the form of Amazon boxes. It warms the heart. Including when it's a new Neil Gaiman book from Dad :)!

And then Walden books was going out of business, and Cory bought me 8 terry pratchett books because they were on sale. EIGHT. I'm sad they didn't have more.

I really have to get an electronic reader or something soon. At this rate, there won't be a house big enough for two dogs, three cats, a bunny farm (kidding) and all of our books. Sheesh.

Doh!

So, I raked in the books for Christmas, which makes me very happy. I love books, it's like a bad smack addiction. I have literally about 80 unread books at my house. I'm working on it (which can be seen here). I'm kind of grumpy in the last couple days though because of two funny stories:

One, I put some LJ Smith books on my amazon list to remember to read. My parents bought them for me for christmas. Hooray! And then I found I had the original copies of them buried in my closet. DOH.

Then I was looking for the other series that I had to take back with me so Cynthia could read them (and I could reread them). Double DOH. It appears I have misplaced NINE different books (some of which are not findable on Amazon any more, but thankfully on half). Blah.

Stupidness.

So I bought stuff

So, I finally spent my 75 dollars in amazon rewards. I bought myself this awesome hoodie from pac sun made by Hurley (who I adore now thank you Cory). It's reversible! And pretty colors! :):) And then I bought a 500gb external HD because every good person who's downloading seasons of Heroes and BSG needs the extra space. I have a 320 on my computer, but I also have a lot of games and pictures. Plus the external is portable :) Especially handy nowadays with the right cables and a new tv.

anyways, that's all back to cleaning.
