wherein two random gifts make harmony
So, my mom gave me a TON of silk threads for my dissertation defense.
cynthia gave me an extra notebook.
Kablam! I started doing some embroidery work on the pages because they are kinda stiff and it works great. I've also done an "erin" one with a star that's posted on my flickr. The hardest part is coming up with ideas to do. Cory's a great drawer, so I had him draw this from a design by sam brown over at explodingdog.com. I love his work. Somebody buy me a print of something with stars. Ok kidding.
Or not really.
Anyways in other news I got a job!
WHOA. It's at Ole Miss. Hooray football season! I'm tired or I'd say more. I promise to update more. I'm working a lot to buy new furniture for a new place in Miss, so that's why I'm absent. I also bought a wii, so that's been taking up my time also. Damn you paper mario! Damn that cat at the beginning of zelda!
